CFT inc. has gone through numerous evolutions within the High Tech - Human Resources industry since it's inception in 1989.

Due to the long-term relationship and loyalty that was established with our customers, services have evolved from basic recruitment to a full turnkey human resources department out-source to our valued clients. We are grateful to our customers because our consulting services developed from their numerous requests. Since 1994, CFT has been providing services throughout Canada, Europe and Asia in a "virtual mode" or through an out-sourced CFT consultant stationed at the client site.
